This policy explains what n8rhood collects, why, and your choices. In short: we collect the minimum needed to run the app, we don't sell your data, and we're honest about it.
What we collect
Account: your email, and a display name if you add one. A session cookie keeps you signed in.
Content you create: plans, saved places, trips, posts (photos/clips/notes), booking and enquiry details you submit.
Basic usage: pages and venues you view, so we can rank honestly and improve the app. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
If you opt in, your approximate location (to sort by area) and web-push subscription (to send you booking updates). Both are optional and off by default.
How we use it
To run your account and Trips, to route a booking request to the right venue or our concierge team, to show honest recommendations, and to send you updates about your bookings.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
When you request a booking, we share the details needed to fulfil it (e.g. your name, party size, date, and contact) with the venue/host or our concierge team.
We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate the app — hosting and database (e.g. Vercel, Turso), and, where enabled, media hosting, email delivery and payment providers. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies: one to keep you signed in, and local storage to remember preferences (like whether you've seen onboarding). We don't use advertising cookies.
Your choices & rights
You can edit your profile, delete posts, and sign out at any time. You can turn location and push notifications on or off in your device settings.
To access, correct or delete your account data, email info@theluxuryleisure.com and we'll action it. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
