These terms govern your use of n8rhood — a Bali discovery app that helps you find real places, plan trips, and request bookings. By using n8rhood you agree to them.
What n8rhood is
n8rhood is a discovery and concierge platform. We help you discover venues, villas and experiences in Bali, save them to a plan, and send a booking request to the venue or to our concierge team.
For most bookings, n8rhood facilitates the introduction and the request — the reservation is then confirmed and fulfilled by the venue or host directly. We are not the venue, and we do not own or operate the places listed unless clearly stated.
Your account
You can browse without an account. To save plans, post, or request bookings you sign in with your email, which creates one n8rhood account used across our brands.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for activity under your account. Don't impersonate others, and don't use someone else's email to claim a venue or an identity that isn't yours.
Bookings & payment
When you request a booking, you're asking the venue (via n8rhood) to hold a table, room or slot. A request is not confirmed until the venue or our team confirms it — you'll see the status in your Trips.
n8rhood does not currently charge you for venue bookings. Payment, deposits and any bill are arranged directly with the venue or host — typically over WhatsApp or email after your booking is confirmed. Prices shown in a proposal are the venue's, quoted for your convenience.
Where a paid experience or ticket does take a deposit through n8rhood, that is stated clearly at checkout and covered by our Refund & Cancellation policy.
Honest content & posting
n8rhood is built on honest signals. Ratings shown are real (e.g. from Google) or marked "No reviews yet" — we never invent reviews, ratings, prices or counts, and we ask the same of you.
If you post photos, clips or notes, you keep ownership of your content and grant n8rhood a licence to display it in the app. Don't post content that is unlawful, misleading, or that you don't have the rights to. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Creators & venue owners
Creators can earn a commission on bookings they genuinely drive, tracked transparently. Venue ownership is invite-only and governed by a separate owner agreement.
Earnings and payouts are described in-app and are subject to review by the n8rhood team before any money is disbursed.
Availability & liability
n8rhood is provided "as is". We work to keep listings accurate, but availability, hours, menus and prices are set by the venues and can change.
To the extent permitted by law, n8rhood is not liable for the acts of venues or hosts, for a booking a venue can't honour, or for indirect or consequential loss. Your dealings with a venue are between you and the venue.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continuing to use n8rhood means you accept the current version.
